What is my username? Your email address is your username. If you have multiple email accounts, you may have registered for Tufts Catnip with a different email address.

My username and/or password is not working. Passwords from the old Tufts Catnip website will not work on the new website. Either Log In at the top of the page or reset your password. If you have multiple email accounts, be sure you are using the email address Tufts Catnip has on file.

How do I unsubscribe or change my email preferences? Tufts Catnip offers a few options for the types of emails you will receive. To review and make changes click here.

How do I update my payment information? Go here, log in and click on Manage My Subscription, then Add Payment.

How do I discontinue my subscription at the end of the present term? Go here, log in and click on Manage My Subscription, then Do Not Renew.

How do I activate my online access? Paid subscribers to Tufts Catnip are entitled to online access to all content appearing in the pages of the publication including PDFs of the current issue and archived issues.

I forgot my password. Please click the Reset Password link at the top of the page. You will need to enter the contact email you have supplied to us.

When will I receive my first issue? Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after placing your order. If it has been longer than that please e-mail customer service.

How do I cancel my subscription? Please click here and fill in the required information. Click the “submit” button to proceed. On the right side of the page you will see a box titled “Customer Service Options”; click on “Cancel your subscription.”

When should I receive my book(s) or other product orders? Please allow 7 to 10 business days after placing your order. If it has been longer than that please e-mail customer service.

How do I access my eBook? You can access your purchased eBook(s) by logging into your account using the link in the upper right corner of any page. Then click on My Account. Your eBook can be found in the Downloads section.

Do you share my name and address with other companies?
Like many other publishers, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies that offer products and services we believe you may enjoy. If, when we make our list available, you do not wish to receive these offers and/or information, please let us know by contacting us at:
